Your application can be submitted in person to the ICBT Campus or by email addressed to icbtinfo@icbtcampus.edu.lk

Your application must be accompanied by the following documentation

1. A fully completed and signed application form
2. Copies of all your academic documentation, this includes all transcripts and diplomas 
3. A copy of your passport/id card
4. A copy of the birth certificate
5. 2 passport size color photographs
6. Students applying for undergraduate studies must supply 1 academic reference.
7. Personal Statement
8. A copy of your CV

6, 7 and 8 are compulsory only for the top up programs
